Refund Policy


At Crave Candle Bar we understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. At Crave Candle Bar, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and melts cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Crave Candle Bar within 3 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 14 day mark. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at info@cravecandlebar.com for further details. 

We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
